Step One - Live Trial

Step Two - Software Trial
Engage, Enthuse and Assess. There are just as many software titles as there are screens, so allow our experts guide you in selection the right solution for your School.
We can answer the questions you may have – will your current lesson planning / flipchart software be compatible with the latest screens? Will your old files be accessible?
It is critical that you are licensed correctly and that the new software will allow your teachers to perform in class and we can guide you through this selection process.
Step Three - Site Survey
The next step in the plan is your School Site Survey. We will come to your School and go from classroom to classroom, creating an extensive report into how the installation of multiple screens can happen.
Academy ICT’s audio visual team will design how each screen is to be fitted and routed back to the teachers desk.
We will discuss the screen mounting options (Heavy duty wall mount, motorised wall mount, a motorised mobile trolley etc.) and screen sizes – choose from 42″ to 94″, we will talk about price differences and what meets your budget.

Step Four - Proposal and Cost Comparison
Based on the choices made in steps 1 – 3 we will supply a comprehensive proposal detailing your cost options and comparisons.
This is also where we will show you what your payment options are, demonstrating how you can meet the financial requirement within your specified budget.
Step Five - Installation
Should you choose to use our Audio Visual installation services we will complete the following:
Unbox the units and remove the waste from site
De-install the old IWB and Projector.
Install your choice of screen in the given locations.
Ensure that the cabling is set up correctly.
Ensure that a teacher can connect to the screen.
Provide expert help on the ground, on your go live day.
Step Six - User Acceptance Testing
This essential step allows users to test their new interactive touch screen and report any snags that may occur.
Academy ICT will be there for you throughout this testing phase.
Step Seven - Ongoing Training & Support
Allow our partners to provide ongoing support and training so that your users gain the maximum return from your School’s investment.
Day one will see a “floorwalker” onsite to aid teachers with any teething issues. Day 2 will see a basic training session and on day 30 an intermediate training session.
Future CPD, during inset days and twilight sessions, can be arranged with our team as required.
